We have conducted over 100 printing related
business appraisals and valuations.
Because we work exclusively in the Australian Printing Industry we know the market well and have the market evidence of what printing businesses are worth – we know and understand the business, the equipment and the operations.
We’ve sold over 50 printing related businesses
so we know their values.
Printing Business Appraisals
Usually we provide business appraisals as part of an Exit Plan or as part of our Printing Business Sales Service. They provide a guide as to what the business is worth and the rationale behind that value.
Knowing what your business is worth and the rationale behind how that value was ascertained is a key element of business planning. Without an objective assessment you are only guessing, and often we find that guess is a long way off the mark. Markets change, machinery values change, and the way buyers buy changes.
We do print related business appraisals on a daily basis. We understand the market realities and the key drivers of value.
Getting a market appraisal allows you to create a strategy to build value based on what the market requires now and in the future.
Printing Business Valuations
We provide Business Valuations for a wide range of purposes including:
- Management buy in or merger discussions
- Matrimonial disputes or other personal situations
- Banks & Financial Institutions
- Insurance Purposes
- Buying a business
- Shareholder Agreements
Our valuations differ from our appraisals as they are required to be far more robust and independent to match the required purpose. They need to be thoroughly supported and in every aspect as frequently they need to face scrutiny and perhaps be challenged in a court of law.
All our Valuations comply with APES 225 – Valuation Services issued by the Accounting Professional and Ethics Board and are prepared in accordance with the Australian Institute of Business Brokers (AIBB) “Code of Conduct and Ethics” and are provided by a Registered Business Valuer.
